What we collect
When you use the reservation form, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and email address
- the vehicle and derivative you chose
- your payment preference
- any notes you add
We also keep anything you send us on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, process your order, and arrange delivery and your home charger installation.
We only send you news and offers if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by telling us.
Who sees it
Eco EV staff, and Geely Auto South Africa where needed to supply your vehicle.
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, whose servers may be outside South Africa.
How long we keep it
If you don't buy, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months. If you do buy, we keep your information for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it. Email us at Ulrigh@ecorenergy.co.za.
